Vehicle Data definition

Vehicle Data means the attachment and supplemental forms to the SUBSIDY CASHCARD Application Form completed by the Cardholder and containing the particulars of each of the Listed Vehicles to be issued with a SUBSIDY CASHCARD pursuant to this Agreement including particulars of additional vehicles which the Cardholder may forward to Caltex in writing.
Vehicle Data means any information collected by a Connected Product including, but not limited to, the Location Data, road and vehicle usage including for road safety issues, real time traffic flow, environmental impacts such as idle time at junctions, journey times, distances and speeds, the analysis of junctions and the risk they represent, driving behaviour, factors involved in collisions and other road incidents but excludes Personal Data.
Vehicle Data means information which is Processed during the course of providing the Netstar Service to the Subscriber, or information which is Processed as a result of the Subscriber using the Netstar Service or information which is Processed through the use, operation and functioning of the Netstar Unit or the Vehicle, including the information referred to in clause 9.11;

More Definitions of Vehicle Data

Vehicle Data means the vehicle registration, vehicle title, and customer records of SCDMV maintained in the SCDMV database and data storage systems. The access to and use of SCDMV Vehicle Data by Provider, and Participating Dealers, and Third Party Participants is limited to the completion of EVR transactions, as specified in the Program Standards. SCDMV agrees that the Provider, in providing EVR services when acting within the scope of this contract and the Program Standards as they may amended from time to time is acting on behalf of SCDMV in carrying out a function of SCDMV [as contemplated by Section 2721 (b) (1) of the Federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act [and related South Carolina driver privacy legislation) and all successor legislation].

Vehicle Data means the vehicle title and customer records maintained on the DMV computerized system. The access to and use of DMV Vehicle Data by Provider and Participating Business Partners is limited to the completion of ELT transactions, as specified in the ELT Program Standards. DMV agrees that the Provider, in providing ELT Services, when acting within the scope of this contract and the Program Standards as they may be amended from time to time, is acting on behalf of the DMV in carrying out a function of DMV as contemplated by Section 2721(b) (1) of the Federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act and related South Carolina driver privacy legislation and all successor legislation.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled.   • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Billing information means any data that enables any person to access a customer’s or donor’s account, such as a credit card, checking, savings, share or similar account, utility bill, mort- gage loan account, or debit card.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Download means copying data from one computer system (for example a backend server) to another (for example a vehicle).

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
