Volume Rate definition

Volume Rate is the wholesale rate per 1,000 gallons of Reclaimed Water to be set annually pursuant to this Agreement.
Volume Rate means the dollar amount per 1,000 gallons applied to Kennedale’s metered usage of Treated Water in order to calculate the Volume Charge. The Volume Rate includes to following costs associated with providing Treated Water to Kennedale:
Volume Rate means the dollar amount per 1,000 gallons applied to Grand Prairie’s metered usage of Treated Water in order to calculate the Volume Charge. The Volume Rate excludes Arlington’s raw water costs from Tarrant Regional Water District, which are captured within the Raw Water Rate. Water means either Raw Water or Treated Water, or both Raw and Treated Water, as indicated by the context in which the word appears. Water Conservation means those practices, techniques, and technologies that will reduce the consumption of water, reduce the loss or waste of water, improve efficiency in the use of water, and/or increase the recycling and reuse of water.

Examples of Volume Rate in a sentence

  • For Anticipated Volume Rate, give the volume of data that may be disseminated from this service for any given period of time (e.g., a year).

  • The number of gallons of Treated Water measured by the Meter(s) will be multiplied by the Volume Rate to determine the Volume Charge.

  • The new Volume Rate will be instituted and be effective on the first calendar day of the month following the adoption of the rate by Arlington.

  • Regulatory Costs, Electrical Costs, and Chemical Costs components of the Volume Rate will be adjusted as charged to Arlington and shall be passed through to Kennedale “as is” without further surcharge by Arlington.

  • The Operation and Carrying Costs component of the Volume Rate shall increase at the same rate of the retail residential rate of Arlington.

  • After the first Cost of Service Study that is completed the initial Volume Rate and the Demand Rate shall be determined as set forth in this Article: The raw water rate shall be the out-of-district rate as determined by the Tarrant Regional Water District.

  • The Volume Rate and the Demand Rate may be annually recalculated in a Cost of Service Study, but no less than every five (5) years, with the recalculated Volume Rate and Demand Rate effective on October 1 following the completion of the Cost of Service Study.

  • Grand Prairie will be charged a two-part rate, consisting of a Volume Rate and a Demand Rate, based on Grand Prairie’s treated water consumption and Maximum Day Demand.

Related to Volume Rate

  • Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.

  • Average Rate means the simple arithmetic mean of the bank rates in effect at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time each day during the calendar month which immediately precedes the calendar month in which payment is made, where the "bank rate" means the rate of interest established from time to time by the Bank of Canada as the minimum rate at which the Bank of Canada makes short term advances to members of the Canadian Payments Association;

  • Straight-time rate means the hourly rate of remuneration.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Blended Rate means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the sum of the effective rates of tax imposed on the aggregate net income of the Corporate Taxpayer in each state or local jurisdiction in which the Corporate Taxpayer files Tax Returns for such Taxable Year, with the maximum effective rate in any state or local jurisdiction being equal to the product of: (i) the apportionment factor on the income or franchise Tax Return filed by the Corporate Taxpayer in such jurisdiction for such Taxable Year, and (ii) the maximum applicable corporate tax rate in effect in such jurisdiction in such Taxable Year. As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual rate of finance charges stated in such Receivable.

  • Yield Rate means, (i) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Security on deposit at any time in either of the Paired Holding Trusts, the stated interest rate of such Eligible Treasury, if any, or any discount rate applicable to such Eligible Treasury, based on the purchase date and purchase price at which the applicable Paired Holding Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury, and (ii) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Repurchase Agreement, the difference between the repurchase price and the purchase price paid under such agreement, with such difference expressed as a percentage of such purchase price.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, on any day, the annual rate of interest equal to the greater of (a) the annual rate of interest announced by a commercial Canadian bank selected by the Lender and in effect as its base rate at its principal office in Toronto, Ontario on such day for determining interest rates on Dollar demand commercial loans in Canada, and (b) the sum of the Federal Funds (Effective) Rate plus 0.50% per annum.

  • Base Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the higher of (a) the Federal Funds Rate for such day plus one-half of one percent (0.5%) and (b) the Prime Rate for such day. Any change in the Base Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Federal Funds Rate shall be effective on the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or Federal Funds Rate.

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate means, for any day, a per annum interest rate which is equal to the quotient of the following:

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • Adjusted Prime Rate A rate per annum equal to the sum of (a) the Prime Rate Margin and (b) the greater of (i) the Prime Rate or (ii) one percent (1%) in excess of the Federal Funds Effective Rate. Any change in the Adjusted Prime Rate shall be effective immediately from and after such change in the Adjusted Prime Rate.

  • LIBO Base Rate means with respect to each day an Advance is outstanding (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the rate per annum equal to the rate published by Bloomberg or if such rate is not available, the rate appearing at page 3750 of the Telerate Screen as one-month LIBOR on such date, and if such rate shall not be so quoted, the rate per annum at which the Lender is offered Dollar deposits at or about 11:00 A.M., eastern time, on such date by prime banks in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations in respect of its Advances are then being conducted for delivery on such day for a period of one month and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Advances to be outstanding on such day.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Excess Rate With respect to each ARD Loan, the excess of (i) the applicable Revised Rate over (ii) the applicable Mortgage Rate, each as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Adjusted Base Rate means the Base Rate plus the Applicable Percentage.

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • Expense Rate As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Master Servicing Fee Rate and the Trustee Fee Rate.

  • CD Base Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Federal Funds Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers on such day, as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the Business Day next succeeding such day; provided that (a) if such day is not a Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be such rate on such transactions on the next preceding Business Day as so published on the next succeeding Business Day, and (b) if no such rate is so published on such next succeeding Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be the average rate (rounded upward, if necessary, to a whole multiple of 1/100 of 1%) charged to Bank of America on such day on such transactions as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Loan Rate for any Mortgage Loan and on any day means the per annum rate of interest applicable under the related Credit Line Agreement to the calculation of interest for the day on the Asset Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Alternate Rate means, for any day, the sum of (a) a rate per annum selected by the Administrative Agent, in its reasonable discretion based on market conditions in consultation with the Company (and any applicable Subsidiary Borrower) and the relevant Lenders, plus (b) the Applicable Margin for Eurocurrency Loans. When used in reference to any Loan, “Alternate Rate” refers to whether such Loan is bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Alternate Rate.

  • EURIBOR Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate”.
