Warrant Exchange definition

Warrant Exchange has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3(b).
Warrant Exchange means (1) the exchange of the Liberty Warrants in consideration for PRISA ADS-As delivered by PRISA and (2) the delivery of cash by Liberty Virginia, in accordance with the Warrant Amendment Agreement. 1.2
Warrant Exchange has the meaning attributed to that term in Subsection 3.1(e) of this Plan of Arrangement.

  • A Holder has the right to elect at any time or from time to time a Warrant Exchange (as defined below) pursuant to a Warrant Certificate Request Notice (as defined below).
