Warranty Deed definition

Warranty Deed means the form of deed attached hereto as SCHEDULE 1.
Warranty Deed means that Bargain and Sale Deed with covenants against Grantor’s acts for the Owned Real Property substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.
Warranty Deed means the warranty deed relating to the SHL Acquisition, dated as of July 2, 2012, as may be amended, modified, waived or otherwise changed in accordance with Section 7.07.

  • Seller shall convey title to the property by Warranty Deed (or equivalent instrument under applicable law).

  • The Property shall be conveyed by Warranty Deed (subject to the Permitted Exceptions), to be furnished at Seller's expense.

More Definitions of Warranty Deed

Warranty Deed means a special warranty deed in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Buyer and the Title Company pursuant to which Seller conveys to Buyer the Owned Real Property at the Closing.
Warranty Deed shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
