Warranty Repair definition

Warranty Repair means a repair, replacement, or adjustment to any part covered under the Bumper-To-Bumper Coverage of Ford’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty during the vehicle’s first three years in service or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, or to any part covered under the 6.0L PowerStroke® Diesel Engine Coverage during the vehicle’s first five years in service or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Warranty Repair shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a) hereof.
Warranty Repair is the remedy for breach of limited warranty with regard to functionality of Licensed Software as specifically provided in Section 3.1.1, or as to Custom Developed Software as specifically provided in Section 3.1.1.1.

  • The labour hours and labour rate credited to the Purchaser for authorized warranty repairs shall be per the Promac Equipment Warranty Repair Guidelines, available on request.

  • If a Class Vehicle received a Warranty Repair to one or more fuel injectors, and a Settlement Class Member subsequently incurred Out-of-Pocket Expenses obtaining an Extended Warranty Period Repair to one or more fuel injectors on that same Class Vehicle, Xxxx will reimburse the Settlement Class Member for the actual Out-of-Pocket Expenses paid up to the limits set forth in the table below for each such Extended Warranty Period Repair.

  • Class Members who made Related Warranty Repair Visits prior to the Notice Date and who currently own or lease an EX or EX-L trim for either the 2018-2019 Honda Odyssey vehicles, 2019 Honda Pilot vehicles, or 2019 Honda Passport vehicles will be eligible to receive the Sirius XM Benefit on the same terms and conditions as set forth in the preceding paragraph (¶ 3.19) of this Settlement Agreement.


More Definitions of Warranty Repair

Warranty Repair means any inspection, maintenance and repair or replacement services performed under the Sale Warranties and the Services Warranty.

Related to Warranty Repair

  • Repair or replacement means the restoration of vehicles, vessels, or outboard

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Major repair means either: (1) for a dispersal system, repairs required for an OWTS dispersal system due to surfacing wastewater effluent from the dispersal field and/or wastewater backed up into plumbing fixtures because the dispersal system is not able to percolate the design flow of wastewater associated with the structure served, or (2) for a septic tank, repairs required to the tank for a compartment baffle failure or tank structural integrity failure such that either wastewater is exfiltrating or groundwater is infiltrating.

  • Emergency repair means work necessary to prevent destruction or dilapidation to real property or structural appurtenances thereto immediately threatened or damaged by fire, flood, earthquake or other disaster.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Emergency Repairs means repairs to a utility facility located in or adjacent to a primary city street that must be performed immediately when the necessity arises to safeguard life or property or maintain continued operation of the facility.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Tenant’s Property means Removable Installations and, other than Installations, any personal property or equipment of Tenant that may be removed without material damage to the Premises, and (z) “Installations” means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Replacement Property means any property which is placed in service as a replacement for any item of Equipment or any Improvement previously subject to this Fee Agreement regardless of whether such property serves the same functions as the property it is replacing and regardless of whether more than one piece of property replaces any item of Equipment or any Improvement to the fullest extent that the FILOT Act permits.
