Wholesale Client definition

Wholesale Client has the meaning as defined in Section 761A of the Corporations Act 2001.

Wholesale Client has the meaning given in section 761G of the Corporations Act. Please note that headings are for convenience only and do not affect the construction and interpretation of this Client Agreement. Reference to a person or individual includes corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and individuals.
