Client is responsible for verifying the correctness of all Wire Instructions provided, including, without limitation, the Beneficiary Account information and payee information, and if necessary, updating any templates created to properly route a Wire into a Beneficiary Account.
Client is responsible for the contents of any messages or information sent or received in connection with Wire Instructions, including the Wire Message Details, and is prohibited from sending or receiving a message or information that contains Malicious Content.
ATB Financial will not be responsible for any delay or failure to receive Wire Instructions through the Services.
