Work Included or “Section Includes” are not intended to limit the scope of a section or to imply a trade responsibility. These articles are merely a convenient listing of the significant items specified within a section.

Examples of Work Included in a sentence

  • Work Included: Furnish and install bituminous concrete pavement courses in accordance with Sections 401 of the NHDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (latest edition) and as specified in this section.

Related to Work Included

  • DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Maximum medical improvement means that no further material improvement would reasonably be expected from medical treatment or the passage of time;

  • The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

  • Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
