XL Capital definition

XL Capital has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
XL Capital means XL Capital Assurance Inc., a stock insurance corporation, or any successor thereto or assignee thereof.
XL Capital means XL Capital Ltd, a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands.
