Xxxxx Content definition

Xxxxx Content means Xxxxx-supplied text, audio, video, graphics and other information and data available by means of the Service or on Xxxxx’x website.
Xxxxx Content means any proprietary information, content, proprietary compilations of information, ideas and/or messages in written, visual or audible form or other materials owned or controlled by Xxxxx and used in providing the Services and/or Deliverables. “Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all registered and unregistered rights granted, applied for, or otherwise related to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, database protection or other intellectual property rights laws, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection as may now exist and/or hereafter come into existence and all renewals and extensions thereof, regardless of whether such rights arise under the law of the United States or any other state, country or jurisdiction.
Xxxxx Content means the Content owned by, licensed for use by, or otherwise permitted to be used by Xxxxx in any manner, which for the avoidance of doubt shall in no event include Issuer Content.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags.
