Xxxxx Note definition

Xxxxx Note means the promissory note, dated December 31, 1992, of Xxxx X. Xxxxx to the Company in a principal amount of $1,499,378 and due on December 31, 1993, as the same may be extended (but not otherwise amended) on a year-by-year basis in accordance with the Company's past practices and the principal amount of which may not be increased in any one year by more than the amount of accrued and unpaid interest during the immediately preceding year.

Xxxxx Note means the Promissory Note, dated as of the date hereof, made by 22 Xxxxx Borrower in favor of Mortgagee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Xxxxx Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.04(g).
