Xxxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxxx Facility means the 520 MW coal facility and related assets owned by the Xxxxxx Subsidiary, or its successors, and located, or to be located, in New Xxxxxxxx, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.

Xxxxxx Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11.

Xxxxxx Facility has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2(e).

Xxxxxx Facility means that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of September 10, 2008, between Capital Trust, as borrower, and Xxxxxx Commercial Paper Inc. as lender.
