Xxxxxx Utilities means the City of Dalton, Georgia, acting by and through its Board of Water, Light and Sinking Fund Commissioners, d/b/a Dalton Utilities, which, as of the date of this Agreement, owns a 1.6% undivided ownership interest in the Project.
