Yield Maintenance Amount definition

Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.
Yield Maintenance Amount means the present value, as of the Repayment Date, of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest from the Repayment Date through the Stated Maturity Date (including any balloon payment) determined by discounting such payments at the Discount Rate, less the amount of principal being prepaid on the Repayment Date.
Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. Examples of Yield Maintenance Amount in a sentence

  • Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer, the Company may treat the Person in whose name any Note is registered as the owner and holder of such Note for the purpose of receiving payment of principal of, interest on and any Yield-Maintenance Amount payable with respect to such Note and for all other purposes whatsoever, whether or not such Note shall be overdue, and the Company shall not be affected by notice to the contrary.

  • Notice of prepayment having been given as aforesaid, the principal amount of the Notes specified in such notice, together with interest thereon to the prepayment date and together with the Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect thereto, shall become due and payable on such prepayment date.

  • If any amounts are to be applied to the principal of the Notes on any date pursuant to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement, such principal amount of the Notes, together with interest thereon to such date and together with the Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect to each Note, shall be due and payable on such date.

  • Prepayment of the Notes to be prepaid pursuant to this paragraph 4E shall be in the amount set forth in paragraph 4E(1), together with interest on such Notes accrued to the date of prepayment (but without any Yield-Maintenance Amount).

  • The Notes shall be subject to prepayment, in whole at any time or from time to time in part (in integral multiples of $500,000 and in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 on any one occurrence), at the option of the Company, at 100% of the principal amount so prepaid plus interest thereon to the prepayment date and the Yield-Maintenance Amount, if any, with respect to each Note.


More Definitions of Yield Maintenance Amount

Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Remaining Scheduled Payments with respect to the Called Principal of such Note over the amount of such Called Principal, provided that the Yield-Maintenance Amount may in no event be less than zero. For the purposes of determining the Yield-Maintenance Amount, the following terms have the following meanings:
Yield Maintenance Amount. For the Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-4 and Class 4-A-3 Certificates and any Distribution Date prior to and including the Yield Maintenance Agreement Termination Date for which the one-month LIBOR, as determined in the related Yield Maintenance Agreement, exceeds the Cap Strike Rate, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Class Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the excess of (i) the lesser of (x) one-month LIBOR, as determined in the Yield Maintenance Agreement, and (y) the Maximum Cap Rate over (ii) the Cap Strike Rate and (c) one-twelfth.
Yield Maintenance Amount. For any Distribution Date (other than the Distribution Date in October 2005) prior to and including the Distribution Date in May 2008, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, (b) the excess of (i) the lesser of 8.800% and LIBOR over (ii) 4.800% and (c) one-twelfth.
Yield Maintenance Amount means the positive difference, if any, between (i) the present value on the date of prepayment (by acceleration or otherwise) of all future installments of principal and interest which the Borrowers would otherwise be required to pay under the Note from the date of such prepayment until the Maturity Date absent such prepayment, including the unpaid principal amount which might otherwise be due upon the Maturity Date absent such prepayment, with such present value being determined by the use of a discount rate equal to the yield to maturity (adjusted to a "Mortgage Equivalent Basis" pursuant to the standards and practices of the Securities Industry Association), on the date of such prepayment of the United States Treasury Security having the term to maturity closest to what otherwise would have been the remaining term hereof absent such prepayment and (ii) the principal balance of the Loan on the date of such prepayment.
Yield Maintenance Amount means the amount which will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and
Yield Maintenance Amount means the “Yield-Maintenance Amount” as defined in either Note Purchase Agreement.
Yield Maintenance Amount means the present value, as of such prepayment date, of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest from the prepayment date through the Open Prepayment Date (and including the balloon payment due on the Maturity Date as if such balloon payment was due on the Open Prepayment Date) determined by discounting such payments at the Discount Rate (as defined in the Loan Agreement), less the amount of principal being prepaid on the prepayment date.
