Yield Reserve Percentage means at any time of determination:
Yield Reserve Percentage means at any time: (BR+SFR) x l.5 x DSO 360 where: BR = the Base Rate computed for the most recent Settlement Period, DSO = Days’ Sales Outstanding, and SFR = the Servicing Fee Rate
