Zone C definition

Zone C means the remainder of the County outside of the perimeter of Zone B.
Zone C means Community Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 in the Borough of the Bronx, Community Districts 3, 4, 5 and 16 in the Borough of Brooklyn, and Community Districts 10 and 11 in the Borough of Manhattan.
Zone C has the meaning given to it in Section 11.3(a).

  • Zone C is composed of 23 towns with a population of greater than 15,000.

  • Under Zone C rules, the defendant must be sentenced to at least six months imprisonment.

Zone C means all property located within the area identified as Zone C in Exhibit A to this Rate and Method of Apportionment.
