BID PRICE. 4.1.1 Non-refundable Bid Price of Rs.1,000/- (Rupee One Thousand only plus applicable taxes/GST @18%) by way of Banker’s Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn on a scheduled bank, favouring ‘Small Industries Development Bank of India’, payable at Delhi, must be submitted along with RfP response. 4.1.2 The Bank may, at its discretion, reject any Bidder where the bid price / tender fee / application fee has not been furnished with the RfP response. 4.1.3 Request for exemption from bid price / tender fee will not be entertained. However, Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centers or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) would be entitled for exemption from furnishing bid price / tender fee. 4.2
BID PRICE. Prices should be inclusive of Stand all other transit insurance, freight and Service Tax etc. The prices quoted by the bidder shall remain firm during the entire period of the contract and shall not be subject to variation on any account. The bid submitted with a variation clause (unless asked by the Institute) will be treated as non-responsive and rejected. 2.7
