Bid Validity Period. The Bids must remain valid and open for evaluation according to their terms for a period of 60 days from the last date of the submission of bids. In exceptions circumstances the Trust may solicit the Bidders consent to an extension of the period of validity. The request and response thereto shall be made in writing.
