Conduct of Contract Workers. The contractor will take responsibility for the conduct and good behavior of his employees/ security guards and if any complaint is received against any of the employee/ security guards, the contractor shall arrange for his immediate removal and replacement from the Bank’s premises. Further, the contractor shall ensure adherence to all the government laid guidelines and legal procedures while removing any contract labourer from service. 19.
