Costs to be borne by Respondents. All costs and expenses incurred by Respondents in any way associated with the development, preparation, and submission of responses, including but not limited to the attendance at meetings, discussions, demonstrations, presentations etc. and providing any additional information required by SIDBI, will be borne entirely and exclusively by the Recipient/ Respondent. Stamp duty that may be incurred towards entering into agreement with the successful bidder for awarding the contract has to be borne by the bidder. 3.4
