Deductions from EMD/Security Deposit. All compensation or other sums of money payable by the contractor to the Bank under the terms of this Contract may be deducted from his earnest money and the security deposit if the amount so permits, and Contractor shall, unless such deposit as become otherwise payable, within ten days after such deduction make good the amount so deducted. 15.
