Extra Work. No claim for any extra work shall be allowed unless it has been executed with the concurrence of the Bank. Any such extra work as authorized shall be made in accordance with the following provisions. a. The net rates or prices in the original tender shall determine the valuation of the extra work where such extra work is of similar character and executed under similar conditions as the work priced therein. b. Rates for all items, wherever possible, should be derived out of the rates given in the Price Bid (Part-II of Tender). 23.
