JOB PROFILE
⮚ लैंगिक-समानता से संबंगित कार्यक्रम गिजाइन और गक्रर्ान्वर्न के संबंि में रणनीगतक माियदर्यन प्रदान करना तागक र्ह सुगनगित गकर्ा जा सके गक र्ह लैंगिक समानता के लक्ष्यं के अनुरूप है;
Provide strategic oversight on Gender related program design and delivery to ensure it meets Gender equality goals;
⮚ लैंगिक समानता पर नेतृत्व और गनणयर् लेना;
Leadership and decision-making on gender equality;
⮚ कार्यक्रम आर्यजना, गिजाइन और कार्ायन्वर्न में लैंगिक समानता अंतराल की पहचान करना और इन्हें दू र करने के गलए उगचत कदम उठाना;
Identify gender equality gaps in program plan, design and implementation and take appropriate steps to redress these;
⮚ गसिबी के गमर्न स्वावलंबन के साथ गनकट समन्वर् में काम करना;
Working in close co-ordination with Mission Swavalamban of SIDBI;
⮚ गसिबी कय उसके कार्य क्षेत्यं / कार्ों में लैंगिक समानता कय एकीकृ त/र्ागमल करने के गलए सहर्यि प्रदान करना और सक्षम बनाना;
Support and capacitate SIDBI on integrating/incorporating gender equality in their work areas/ deliverables;
⮚ गवगिन्न आर्यजनयं / मंचयं पर गसिबी का प्रगतगनगित्व करना और उसके संबंि में उच्चागिकाररर्यं कय अवित कराना;
Represent SIDBI in various fora/events and brief the higher-ups on the same;
⮚ लैंगिक संवेदनर्ीलता संपन्न नीगतर्य, पररचालनयं और कार्ान्वय र्न का प्रबिनं और प्रयत्साहन- उपर्क्तु
एजेंसी / व्यक्तक्त कय अनुबंगित करना, गिजाइन का पर्यवेक्षण, िुणवत्ता सुगनगित करना और इसे मुख्यिारा में लाने की पहल करना;
Manage and promote gender sensitive policies, operations and implementation – contract appropriate agency/individual, oversee design, assure quality and undertake mainstreaming initiative;
⮚ मगहला सर्क्तक्तकरण और गवत्तीर् साक्षरता प्रगर्क्षण कार्यक्रमयं का प्रबंिन;
Manage the women’s empowerment and financial literacy training programs;
⮚ गलंि और गवत्तीर् समावेर्न पर गवचार गवमर्य आरं ि करना और इससे गमलने वाली सीख के गवषर् में बैंक के िीतर और बाहर प्रसार करना;
Initiate discussions on Gender & financial inclusion and disseminate learning within and outside the Bank;
⮚ सिी संबंगित गहतिारकयं के साथ सर्क्त कामकाजी संबंियं का गनमायण करना / उन्हें बनाए रखना; Build/maintain strong working relationships with all concerned stakeholders;
⮚ संबंगित एजेंगसर्यं के गबलयं की प्रयसेगसंि और गनस्तारण करना;
Processing and settlement of related bills of the concerned agencies;
⮚ ररपयटें तैर्ार करना अथायत् प्रिाव ररपयटय आगद।
Preparation of reports viz., Impact reports etc.
⮚ गसिबी द्वारा स पे िए कयई अन्य कार्।य
Any other work as assigned by SIDBI.
⮚ गसिबी अपने गववेक पर अगिकारी/परामर्यदाता कय गकसी अन्य स्थान पर स्थानांतररत करने का अगिकार सुरगक्षत रखता है।
SIDBI reserves the right to relocate the Official/Consultant to any other place at its discretion.
शैवक्षक योग्यता, कायभ अनुर्ि, आवद
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE etc.
⮚ मान्यताप्राप्त गवश्वगवद्यालर् / संस्थाओं से अथयर्ास्त्र / व्यवसार् प्रबंिन /सामागजक गवज्ञान में परास्नातक गिग्री;
Master’s degree in economics/Business Management/Social Sciences from recognized university / institutions;
⮚ आवेदक की आर्ु र्था 01 माचय, 2023 कय 40 वषय से अगिक नहीं हयनी चागहए; Applicant shall not be more than 40 years as on March 01, 2023;
⮚ कम से कम 5 वषय का प्रासंगिक अनुिव। राष्ट्र ीर् /अंतरायष्ट्र ीर् संिठनयं / गवकास पररर्यजना के साथ काम कय वरीर्ता दी जाएिी;
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Working with national/international organizations/development project would be preferred;
⮚ गवकास गवत्त संस्थानय,ं गवश्व बैंक/अन्य संस्थानय,ं राष्ट्र ीर्/राज्य ग्रामीण आजीगवका गमर्न, एमएफआई, आगद के कामकाज से पररगचत हयना;
Familiarity with the working of Development Finance Institutions, World Bank/other Institutions, National/State Rural Livelihood Mission, MFIs etc.,
⮚ अंग्रेजी और गहंदी िाषा पर उत्कृ ष्ट् पकड़; तेजी से बदलते संिठनात्मक वातावरण में सीगमत समर् सीमा के िीतर दबाव में हयते हुए िी गवगिन्न विों के गलए पूणय गववरणयं के साथ प्रिावी ढं ि से गलखने की क्षमता; Excellent command over English and Hindi language; ability to write effectively for various audiences under pressure, with tight deadlines in a rapidly changing organizational environment with attention to detail;

Strong project management and organizational skills. Capacity to follow-up systematically and efficiently on a broad set of initiatives and decisions. Self-starter with a strong drive for results with the ability to work independently and diligently, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines;

Ability to learn quickly, synthesize technical material and distil in a user-friendly manner for multiple audiences. Creativity, with the ability to visualize and distil data;

पाररश्रवमक
COMPENSATION
⮚ पाररश्रगमक (सीटीसी आिार पर) उद्ययि मानकयं के अनुरूप हयिा।
The compensation (on CTC basis) shall be commensurate with industry standards.
⮚ सक्षम और अनुिवी उम्मीदवारयं के गलए उनकी उपर्ुक्तता / अनुिव के आिार पर अगिक पाररश्रगमक पर गवचार गकर्ा जाएिा।
A higher compensation would be considered for competent and experienced candidate based on their suitability/experience.
संविदा की अिवध
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
थीम लीिर - अनुश्रवण एवं मूल्ांकन की संगवदा अवगि र्ुरू में 2 वषय हयिी। तथागप, गसिबी कार्यगनष्पादन की आवगिक समीक्षा के आिार पर संगवदा के आवश्यकता-आिाररत नवीकरण/गवस्तार पर गवचार कर सकता है।
The term of the contract of Theme Leader – Gender & Financial Literacy would initially be for a period of 2 years. However, need-based renewal/extension of the contract may be considered by SIDBI subject to periodic review of performance.

Candidates are advised that they should not furnish any particulars or information that are false, tampered / fabricated or should not suppress any material information while applying online. In case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria for the post applied for and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings is / are detected even after the appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.

/ व्यक्तक्तित साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से संपन्न की जाएिी। र्गद आवश्यक हयिा, तय बैंक साक्षात्कार के गलए बुलाए जाने वाले पात् उम्मीदवारयं की चर्गनत सूची (र्ॉटयगलस्ट) तैर्ार करने के गलए आवेदनयं की प्रारं गिक संवीक्षा (स्क्रीगनंि) करे िा। इस प्रकार, के वल गवज्ञापन में गनिायररत आवश्यकताएँ पूरी करने से कयई उम्मीदवार साक्षात्कार के गलए बुलाए जाने का अगिकारी नहीं हयिा। चर्गनत सूची (र्ॉटयगलस्ट) वाले उम्मीदवारयं कय र्थासमर् साक्षात्कार की गतगथ की सूचना दी जाएिी।
Selection would be by way of written test/personal interview to be held online/offline before the Selection Committee. The Bank will undertake a preliminary screening of the applications for preparing, if necessary, a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for interview. Thus, merely fulfilling the requirements laid down in the advertisement would not automatically entitle any candidate to be called for interview. The date of interview will be advised to the shortlisted candidates in due course.

Candidate selected for the position has to produce all certificates in original for verification of their age, educational qualification, category, experience details, etc. at the time of joining or as and when desired by SIDBI. Failure to produce the same shall render the candidate ineligible for the recruitment process.

SIDBI reserves right to fill / not to fill the above positions at any stage of the process.
