Language and Law. 3.1 The language of the Contract and the law governing the Contract are stated in the SCC. a. Throughout the execution of the Contract, the Contractor shall comply with the import of goods and services prohibitions in the Employer‘s country when (a) by an act of compliance with a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, the Borrower‘s Country prohibits any import of goods from, or any payments to, a particular country, person, or entity. Where the borrower‘s country prohibits payments to a particular firm or for particular goods by such an act of compliance, that firm may be excluded. 4.Contract Agreement 4.1 The Parties shall enter into a Contract Agreement within 15 days after the Contractor receives the Letter of Acceptance, unless the Special Conditions establish otherwise.
