Obligatory and Permitted Deductions. The Employer shall deduct from the gross salary to be paid (as set out above) obligatory deductions as per Israeli law (Income Tax and Social Security deductions which are transferred by the Employer to the relevant authority for the Worker), and may deduct advance payments of salary as well as permitted deductions as set out in Israeli law and regulations as detailed in Annex B to this SEC for accommodations, related expenses, medical insurance and professional-organizational handling fees (if applicable). The Employer may also deduct from the monthly salary sums on account of specific debts owed by the Worker to the Employer, on condition that the Worker agreed in advance in writing to such deductions in a language the Worker understands. Permitted deductions from salary for accommodations and related expenses, medical insurance and specific debts as set out in subsection (h) above, shall not exceed 25% of the gross salary on any given month.
