Mr. Osherow received his undergraduate degree in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania. A 1988 graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, he is a member of Bar of the Supreme Court, Bars of FL, NY, NJ and CT and of all of the Florida federal courts, among others. He concentrates in both state and federal courts in business litigation, construction and real estate, trade secret and non-competition, probate litigation and insurance claims. Mr. Osherow currently serves as on the Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He was a member of the Business Litigation Certification Committee (2008-13), serving as Chair (2012-13). He was a member of the Editorial Board of TFB Journal/News (2006-08), and served as Chair of a 15th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee. He served two terms as a member of TFB's Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law. He is a Past President of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. He served on TFB's Federal Practice Committee. (2104-15). He is a Florida Qualified Arbitrator; FL Sup. Ct. Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
