15Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof.

15Entire Agreement. HCA and Contractor agree that the Contract is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes all letters of intent or prior contracts, oral or written, between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Contract, except as provided in Section 4.44, Warranties.
15Entire Agreement. This Security Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding between the Grantors and the Administrative Agent relating to the Collateral and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings among the Grantors and the Administrative Agent relating to the Collateral.

Any and all prior correspondence, conversations and memoranda are merged herein and shall be without effect hereon. No promises, covenants or representations of any kind, other than those expressly stated herein, have been made to induce any party to enter into this Agreement.
