18Counterparts Sample Clauses

The 'Counterparts' clause allows a contract to be executed in multiple copies, with each party signing a separate but identical document. In practice, this means that each party can sign their own copy of the agreement, and all signed copies together constitute a single binding contract. This clause facilitates the signing process when parties are in different locations, ensuring that the contract is valid and enforceable even if not all signatures appear on the same physical document.
