1Provision of Service. NYISO will provide Developer with interconnection service of the following type for the term of this Agreement. 4.1. 1Product. NYISO will provide Network Access Interconnection Service to Developer at the Point of Interconnection. 4.1. 2Developer is responsible for ensuring that its actual Large Generating Facility output matches the scheduled delivery from the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System, consistent with the scheduling requirements of the NYISO’s FERC-approved market structure, including ramping into and out of such scheduled delivery, as measured at the Point of Interconnection, consistent with the scheduling requirements of the NYISO OATT and any applicable FERC-approved market structure.
