Common use of 4New Employer Notification Clause in Contracts

4New Employer Notification. To enable Axogen to monitor Employee’s compliance with the obligations set forth in this IP and NCNS Agreement, Employee agrees to notify Axogen in writing before commencing employment with a new employer; such notification shall include the identify of Employee’s new employer, job title and responsibilities. Employee will continue to notify Axogen, in writing, any time Employee accepts or changes employment during the time periods set forth in this Section 3. Employee agrees that Axogen is permitted to contact any new or prospective employer regarding Employee’s obligations owed to Axogen. ​
