6Applicable Law. This Employment Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania applicable to contracts made and to be wholly performed therein without regard to its conflicts or choice of law provisions.

6Applicable Law. This Agreement will in all events and for all purposes be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without regard to any choice of law principle that would dictate the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
