6Employee Benefits. During the term of this Agreement, and as otherwise provided within the provisions of each of the respective plans, the Company shall provide to the Executive all benefits to which other executives and employees of the Company are entitled to receive, as commensurate with the Executive's position. Such benefits shall include, but not be limited to, group term life insurance, comprehensive health and major medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and short-term and long-term disability. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the standard written policy of the Company with regard to vacations of employees. The Executive shall likewise participate in any additional benefit as may be established during the term of this Agreement, by standard written policy of the Company.
