Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.
Delivery & Installation a) Subject to the conditions of the contract, the delivery of the goods and completion of the related services shall be in accordance with the delivery and completion schedule specified in the bidding document. The details of supply/ shipping and other documents to be furnished by the successful/ selected bidder are specified in the bidding document and/ or contract.
New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use
Trade Fixtures The following trade fixtures are included: 233 The Trade Fixtures to be conveyed at closing must be conveyed by Seller, free and clear of all taxes (except personal property 234 taxes for the year of closing), liens and encumbrances, except . 235 Conveyance will be by bill of sale or other applicable legal instrument.
Premises and equipment 6.1 If necessary, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with reasonable access at reasonable times to its premises for the purpose of supplying the Services. All equipment, tools and vehicles brought onto the Customer’s premises by the Supplier or the Staff shall be at the Supplier’s risk.
