A pplicable Law. U.S. Federal law governs this Agreement for all purposes, including, but not limited to, determining the validity of the Agreement, the meaning of its provisions, and the rights, obligations and remedies of the Parties.
A pplicable Law. The validity, enforceability and interpretation of Addendum shall be governed by HIPAA, the HITECH Act and their implementing regulations, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any conflict-of-laws principles.
A pplicable Law. The IGSA is subject to the law and regulations of the United States. If any federal statute expressly prescribes policies or requirements that differ from the terms and conditions of this IGSA, the provisions of the statute shall govern.
A pplicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California as such laws are applied to agreements between California residents entered into and to be performed entirely within the State of California.
A pplicable Law. “Applicable Law” shall mean the existing rules, regulations, official policies, standards and specifications governing permitted uses of the project site; governing density; and governing design, improvements, and construction standards and specifications applicable to the Project and Project site as set forth in this Agreement and the Project Approvals, and in force and effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement. However, this Agreement and this Section shall not be construed to prevent the City, in any subsequent actions applicable to the Project Site, from applying any new rules, regulations, official policies, standards, and specifications that do not conflict with those rules, regulations, official policies, standards, and specifications existing as of the Effective Date of the Agreement.
A pplicable Law. If the property was constructed prior to 1978, Owner acknowledges that the provisions of the Federal Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 0000 ("xxx Xxxxxxx Xxx") will apply to the lease of the Property. In addition to the Federal law, the provisions of the Maryland Lead Poisoning Prevention Program ("the Maryland Program") will apply to the lease of the Property.
A pplicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Property is located which is applicable to contracts made and to be performed wholly within such State and shall terminate upon the earlier to occur of i) the execution of a binding purchase and sale agreement for the Property or ii) one (1) year from the date hereof.
A pplicable Law. This addendum shall be interpreted, enforced and governed by and under the laws of the State of California without regard to its principles of conflicts of law.
A pplicable Law. This Guaranty and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the internal laws, and not the law of conflicts, of the State of New Mexico. The parties intend that proper venue for any action, suit or proceeding arising pursuant to this Guaranty will be in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, exclusively. Each party agrees that any action, suit or proceeding will be brought before a state of federal court sitting in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and waives any objection to venue in that court.
A pplicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the State of Florida.
