AAA Administrative Requirements. Grantee must comply with Texas Administrative Code (TAC), Title 40, Section 85.201 to ensure that it maintains an organized and efficient system of administration that demonstrates accountability and compliance with state and federal law and with all terms and conditions of this Contract.
