Abandoned Encampments. If SUB-CONTRACTOR encounters abandoned homeless encampments at or within CALTRANS right-of-way, SUB-CONTRACTOR shall comply with the processes and procedures set forth in CALTRANS’ “Interim Guidance on Encampments” (Exhibit D), including but not limited to coordination with CALTRANS and the local California Highway Patrol.
