Abandonment of Leased Premises. At the conclusion of this Lease or if Tenant shall abandon, vacate or surrender said leased Premises, or be dispossessed by process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Xxxxxx and left on the leased Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned at the option of the Landlord.
