Abandonment of Leased Premises. Lessee shall not vacate or abandon the demised premises at any time during the term of this Lease, and shall not permit the demised premises to remain unoccupied except during and for the purpose of making such repairs or restoration as may become necessary under the provisions hereof. If Lessee shall abandon, vacate, or surrender said premises or be dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Lessee and left on the premises shall, at the option of the Lessor, be deemed abandoned by Lessee and shall forthwith become the property of Lessor.
