ABSENCE DUE TO COMPENSABLE ACCIDENT. a) In cases where the absence is due to an accident compensable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act or covered by any other type of accident insurance, the premiums for which are paid by the Board, the period of absence charged against the sick leave credits shall be reduced to give effect only to the proportion of salary paid by the Board.
