Common use of Absence from the Property Clause in Contracts

Absence from the Property. To formally notify the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent if the Property is to be unoccupied for any period in excess of two weeks so that the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent can consider the insurance, security, and protection issues a period of prolonged absence will raise.
