ABSENCE, ILLNESS AND INCAPACITY. 11.1 If at any time the Executive is prevented by reason of ill-health, accident or other incapacity from properly performing his duties he shall promptly furnish to the Company, if required, evidence of such incapacity in a form satisfactory to the Board.
