Common use of AC or DC Power Fee Clause in Contracts

AC or DC Power Fee. That part of the Recurring Charges identified in the Service Order as the AC or DC Power Fee shall be increased by three (3) percent per year on the first and each succeeding anniversary of the Commencement Date. The AC or DC Power Fee is subject to additional increases at Licensor’s reasonable discretion where such increase or escalation is directly related to the increased costs for securing and providing such services, by providing notice of such increases to Licensee.
