Common use of Acceptance of Applications Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Applications. The Company agrees with the Hong Kong Underwriters that all duly completed applications received by the Receiving Bank prior to the Application Lists being closed and accepted by the Sponsor-OC pursuant to Clause 3.1.3, either in whole or in part, will, if accompanied with a remittance in the required amount which has been duly cleared, be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform the obligations imposed on them by this Clause 3.4.

Acceptance of Applications. The Company agrees with the Hong Kong Underwriters that all duly completed and submitted applications received by the Receiving Bank prior to the Application Lists being closed and accepted by the Sponsor-OC Sole Overall Coordinator pursuant to Clause 3.1.3, either in whole or in part, will, if accompanied with a remittance in the required amount which has been duly cleared, be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriters or any of them to perform the obligations imposed on them by this Clause 3.4.
