Acceptance of Contract. This contract shall not be considered accepted, approved or otherwise effective until the statutorily required approvals and certifications have been given.
Acceptance of Contract. I agree that Nu Skin Local’s acceptance of the PPA will occur when it accepts my first order of Products.
Acceptance of Contract. The effective date of the Brand Affiliate Agreement will be the date it is accepted by NSI, which will be the date that I execute the Brand Affiliate Agreement electronically via the company’s Internet sign-up procedure and it is received and accepted by NSI.
Acceptance of Contract. This Contract will become effective when signed by both parties. Transmittal of signatures by facsimile, internet or other means is as valid for all purposes as the delivery of signed original documents.

Acceptance of Contract. If the product quote and these Terms (collectively, the “Quote”) are accepted, it will constitute an agreement under which Cherry Crushed Concrete, Inc. (“Seller”) agrees to sell the products indicated on page 1 of this Quote (“Products”) to Customer, and Customer agrees to purchase such Products from Seller at the prices and within the estimated shipping dates as noted on page 1 of this Quote. This Quote is accepted by Customer on the first to occur of the following: Customer signing the Quote and transmitting it to Seller; or (2) by accepting, or making any payment for, any Products furnished hereunder. This Quote, together with any Application For Credit entered into by Seller and Customer (“Credit Application”), constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Products and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, and communications, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter of the Quote, unless a separate overriding written contract has been entered into and signed by the parties.
Acceptance of Contract. XXXXXXX’X FURNITURE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FORT BEND COUNTY IS OPPOSED TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND THAT NO COUNTY FUNDS WILL BE USED IN SUPPORT OF SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES THAT VIOLATE HUMAN TRAFFICKING LAWS.
Acceptance of Contract. If a signed copy of this Agreement has not been received by the Hotel prior to 08/17/2012, Hotel shall have the right to contract with other parties for the use of the room block and meeting rooms without further notice to Group. If Hotel receives a request for the Group’s room block prior to 08/17/2012, and Hotel has not received Group’s signed Agreement, Hotel will contact the Group for a decision. If Hotel does not receive Group’s signed Agreement within three (3) working days, Hotel will have the right to contract with another party without any further notice to Group.
