Common use of Acceptance of Contract Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Contract. This Contract will become effective when signed by both parties. Transmittal of signatures by facsimile, internet or other means is as valid for all purposes as the delivery of signed original documents. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ARBITRATION Each of Contractor and VEIC understands that this Agreement contains an agreement to arbitrate. After signing this document, we understand that we will not be able to bring a lawsuit concerning any dispute that may arise which is covered by the arbitration agreement, unless it involves a question of constitutional or civil rights. Instead, we agree to submit any such dispute to an impartial arbitrator.
