Acceptance of Employment by Executive. Executive accepts such employment and shall render the services required by this Agreement to be rendered by Executive. Executive shall also serve on request during all or any part of the term of this Agreement as an officer of Company and of any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without any compensation therefor other than as specified in this Agreement.
