Acceptance of Escrow. The ESCROW AGENT shall serve as ESCROW AGENT in accordance with the provisions of this ESCROW AGREEMENT, and the duties of the ESCROW AGENT shall be solely those imposed by this ESCROW AGREEMENT.
Acceptance of Escrow. By accepting this Escrow, Xxxxxx Agent agrees to the terms of this Agreement solely as they relate to the duties of Escrow Agent.

Escrow Agent shall be given fully executed copies of all modifications of this Contract to which it is not a party promptly after execution thereof by Purchaser and Seller.
Acceptance of Escrow. Receipt of an executed copy of the foregoing instrument is hereby acknowledged, and the undersigned hereby agrees to act as Escrow Agent in accordance with the foregoing Agreement.
