Acceptance of Escrow. The ESCROW AGENT shall serve as ESCROW AGENT in accordance with the provisions of this ESCROW AGREEMENT, and the duties of the ESCROW AGENT shall be solely those imposed by this ESCROW AGREEMENT.
Acceptance of Escrow. By accepting this Escrow, Xxxxxx Agent agrees to the terms of this Agreement solely as they relate to the duties of Escrow Agent.
Acceptance of Escrow. Escrow Agent hereby agrees to act as escrow agent and to hold, safeguard and disburse the Escrow Fund pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof.

Escrow Agent has executed this Contract to evidence its acceptance of the terms of the escrow created hereby; provided, however, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Escrow Agent shall not be a required party or signatory to any modification of the terms of this Contract unless such modification directly affects the obligations of Escrow Agent hereunder. Escrow Agent shall be given fully executed copies of all modifications of this Contract to which it is not a party promptly after execution thereof by Purchaser and Seller.
Acceptance of Escrow. Receipt of an executed copy of the foregoing instrument is hereby acknowledged, and the undersigned hereby agrees to act as Escrow Agent in accordance with the foregoing Agreement.
