Acceptance of Risks. I hereby accept and assume all risks associated with attending and/or participating in the Events (some of which are described above), and I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for my personal safety. I agree to accept all responsibility for the risks, conditions and hazards which may exist during the Events, whether or not I at this time know of or foresee the specific risk, condition or hazard that results in injury.
Acceptance of Risks. Guarantor acknowledges the absolute and continuing nature of this Guaranty and voluntarily accepts the full range of risks associated herewith including, but not limited to, the risk that Borrower's financial condition shall deteriorate or, if this Guaranty is unlimited, the risk that Borrower shall incur additional indebtedness to Lender in the future.
Acceptance of Risks. I have read the above information (or it was read to me) and have discussed it with my physician. I understand that it is impossible for the physician to inform me of every possible complication that may occur. My physician has told me that results cannot be guaranteed and that more treatment or surgery may be necessary. By signing below, I agree that my physician has answered all of my questions and that I understand and accept the risks and benefits of the surgical procedure . I have been offered a copy of this document.
Acceptance of Risks. 17.1. Each participant of the Time trial who enters the distance and accepts the rules of the event recognizes the risks associated with cycling and releases the organizers of the Gran Fondo Russia and the UCI Gran Fondo World Series from responsibility for possible technical breakdowns or injuries received during the event.

Acceptance of Risks. (a) You acknowledge that the Platform are associated with the following risks for which we expressly disclaim all the liabilities:
(i) The Platform and Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet are associated with the risk of hardware, software and Internet connections, the risk of malicious code and/or software introduction, the risk of malfunctions, errors or other technological difficulties, and the risk that third parties may obtain unauthorized access to information stored within the Platform or Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet. We disclaim all liabilities for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions or delays you may experience, howsoever caused.
(ii) We do not represent or warrant that (A) the Platform and Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet, or their respective supporting systems or technology, are reliable, current or error-free or otherwise meet your requirements, (B) defects in the Platform (including the AI algorithms) or Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet, or their respective supporting systems or technology, will be corrected, or that the delivery mechanism for the Platform or Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet will be free of viruses or other harmful components and we shall not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors or delays you may experience related to the Platform Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet.
Acceptance of Risks. The purchase of collectible coins and numismatics is highly speculative and involves substantial risk.Certification does not eliminate all risks associated with the grading and purchasing of rare or collectible coins or numismatics. As in other markets, collectible coin and numismatics prices can be extremely volatile and will rise and fall depending upon market conditions as well as changing supply and demand. Company does not sell coins or numismatics as investments but rather as collectibles that should serve the purpose of enjoyment in one of the world's largest and greatest hobbies. Before purchasing coins or numismatics, you should first have adequate cash reserves and other assets to absorb a potentially significant loss. Prices listed on this Website or in other Promotional Materials, or in telephone calls, are not to be used as a definitive guide to value for the listed items, nor should any comparable value statement provided in the foregoing be construed as an indication that your purchase will perform similarly. You shall be solely responsible for making any decisions regarding the purchase of coins, numismatics or other products from Company. You expressly acknowledge that you are making all of your own decisions in connection with purchases and/or sales and that Company is not making any specific recommendation with respect to such purchases and/or such sales. You also expressly acknowledge that you are subject to a variety of risks, which risks are beyond the control of Company, and you expressly acknowledge that Company is not liable or responsible for those risks, for which you have sole responsibility. Those risks include, without limitation, risks associated with the price volatility of the products, particularly precious metals, collectability, demand, secondary markets, liquidity, earnings potential, scarcity, grading and populations. Under certain market or other conditions (such as technological or other disruptions), you may not be able to liquidate the purchased products or liquidate the purchased products at prices acceptable to you.
Acceptance of Risks. As parent/guardian, I realize that any camp activity has inherent risks associated with the performance of those activities. I understand that the church entities take time to teach safe techniques, including the proper use and limitations of each piece of equipment. I should only consent for my child’s participation after I have read the description of the programs in the camp brochure. If I have any questions, I will contact the camp director before giving consent. I am voluntarily giving permission as the parent/guardian of the named camper, to participate in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved, and hereby agree to accept any and all risks of injury or death.
Acceptance of Risks. 3.4.1 Subject to this Agreement, the Contractor accepts all risks of and associated with the Services and Delivered Material including:
(a) the demand for or revenue generated from the Services being less than estimated;
(b) liability for Taxes and the creation or imposition of Taxes or imposts, whether or not existing at the date of this Agreement;
(c) in connection with any Law (as at the date of this Agreement or in the future) including any Change of Law or any new Law, including any requirement to obtain or modify any Approval or the conditions of, delay in obtaining, modifying or refusal of any Approval or the challenge to the validity of any Approval; and
(d) in connection with the financing, design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of any Contractor’s Plant.
3.4.2 Subject to the express provisions of this Agreement, the Contractor:
(a) is solely responsible for the cost and conduct of the Services and assumes the risk of all delay, increased costs and any Loss it suffers or incurs in relation to the Services;
(b) acknowledges that the Disclosed Information may not be comprehensive. To the extent permitted by Law, the Contractor is not entitled to and must not make any Claim (including a Claim for an adjustment of part or all of the Service Prices) against Council (or any person acting on Council's behalf) arising out of or in connection with any actual or alleged error, omission, defect or incompleteness in any of the Disclosed Information;
(c) acknowledges that Council makes no warranty or representation as to whether any waste or Delivered Material has or does not have any or any particular Characteristic (or, to avoid doubt, that any particular quantity of Delivered Material will be delivered);
(d) acknowledges that during the Services Term Council may, following reasonable prior notice to the Contractor, alter the kerbside collection services provided to residents in respect of any type of Delivered Material, including by changing the size of a bin or the frequency of collection; and
(e) is not entitled to and must not make any Claim under this Agreement (including a Claim for an adjustment of part of all of the Service Prices) against Council (or any person acting on Council's behalf) arising out of or in connection with any such risk, event, cost or expense having eventuated or been incurred in connection with the Services.

(ii) The regulatory regime governing AI is uncertain. New regulations or policies may materially adversely affect your Licence rights hereunder. We will not be responsible for the risk of changes to the regulatory regime governing AI and new regulations, unfavourable regulatory intervention in one or more jurisdictions or policies any of which may materially adversely affect the use of the Xxxxxxxxx Properties and the Licence. We reserve the right to restrict your access and use of the Platform and terminate the Licence immediately without any notice or liability to you if any changes in the current regulations and laws render us unable to provide the Platform or Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet legally.
(iii) We do not represent or warrant that (A) the Platform and Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet, or their respective supporting systems or technology, are reliable, current or error-free or otherwise meet your requirements, (B) defects in the Platform (including the AI algorithms) or Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet, or their respective supporting systems or technology, will be corrected, or that the delivery mechanism for the Platform or Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet will be free of viruses or other harmful components and we shall not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors or delays you may experience related to the Platform Xxxxxxxxx Land Wallet.
