Acceptance of title. The Security Agent shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, any right and title that any Transaction Obligor may have to any of the Security Assets and shall not be liable for or bound to require any Transaction Obligor to remedy any defect in its right or title.

The Security Trustee shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, the right and title as each of the Obligors may have to any of the Charged Property and shall not be liable for or bound to require any Obligor to remedy any defect in its right or title.
Acceptance of title. Buyer’s acceptance of the Deed from Seller for the Real Property at the Closing on the Closing Date and the issuance of the Title Policy (defined below) or a marked-up commitment to Buyer by the Title Company on the Closing Date shall conclusively establish that Seller conveyed the Property to Buyer as required by this Agreement and shall discharge in full Seller’s obligations under section 4.1 hereof with respect to title to the Real Property.

The Common Security Agent shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, any right and title that any Debtor or Security Provider may have to any of the Charged Property and shall not be liable for, or bound to require any Debtor or Security Provider to remedy, any defect in its right or title.
Acceptance of title. General condition 12.4 is added: Where the purchaser is deemed by section 27(7) of the Sale of Land Act 1962 to have given the deposit release authorisation referred to in section 27(1), the purchaser is also deemed to have accepted title.
