Acceptance Test Procedures. Seller acknowledges that: (aa) Company has multiple on-going projects with other developers as well as its own capital improvement projects; (bb) Company has limited resources to provide engineering oversight (such as review of plans) to such projects and to participate in the testing of such projects; (cc) in order for Company to accommodate such oversight and testing, it is necessary for Company to sequentially allocate its resources for each project a year or more in advance; (dd) the result is a queue of such projects that reflects the scheduling commitments of Company's resources to conduct such oversight and to participate in such testing; (ee) if a project is behind the schedule on which Company's resources have been scheduled for the oversight of such project, or if a project is not ready for testing at the time Company's resources have been scheduled for the testing of such project, or if a project does not complete testing within the period for which Company's resources have been scheduled for such testing, the progress of projects later in the queue may be adversely affected; (ff) the Test Ready Deadline that is set forth in Attachment K-1 (Seller's Conditions Precedent and Company Milestones) reflects the scheduling commitment of Company's resources to (i) conduct the oversight necessary to facilitate Seller's achievement of that Test Ready Deadline, (ii) commence the Acceptance Test on the Acceptance Testing Milestone Date that is set forth in Attachment K-1 (Seller's Conditions Precedent and Company Milestones) and (iii) thereafter participate in the Control System Acceptance Test; and (gg) the Project will lose its place in the queue and will be assigned a new Acceptance Testing Milestone Date for commencement of the Acceptance Test that will be behind the other projects then in the queue if (i) the Seller fails to satisfy any of the conditions precedent set forth in Section f(ii) of this Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities) within the time period specified therein for the task in question or, if no time period is specified therein, by the Test Ready Deadline, (ii) the Seller fails to satisfy any of the Seller's Conditions Precedent set forth in Attachment K-1 (Seller's Conditions Precedent and Company Milestones) and/or (iii) the Acceptance Test and the Control System Acceptance Test are not satisfactorily completed within the time allotted to complete such testing. Acceptance Test Procedures. All Deliverables and physical or digital products delivered by Contractor under this Contract shall comply with final Acceptance testing procedures (“Acceptance Testing Procedures” or “ATPs”) that have been provided by Contractor and approved by DMV. Acceptance Test Procedures. This document specifies the acceptance tests, which will be performed by the ITA and the manner in which such tests will be accomplished and documented on a fiber optic cable system installed by the City. Cable Test Parameters and Methods: Optical reflectivity of the cable system will be measured using an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR). Measurements will be accomplished from both ends of the cable system. A sufficient length of launch cable will be used for all OTDR testing to allow all data from the cable under tests to be visible on the OTDT trace display. The OTDR traces will be recorded at 1330 nm and 1550 nm operating wavelengths to verify the cable system is specified for service. The OTDR measurements can provide the following information of the quality of the installed fiber system:
