Common use of Access after Lease Ends Clause in Contracts

Access after Lease Ends. The Lessee is entitled to access the Premises when this Lease ends only at the reasonable times and on the reasonable conditions set by the First Nation and only to be able to perform any of the Lessee’s obligations that survive after this Lease ends. Such access will not be construed as providing any rights of possession to the Premises.
